As One piece is heading towards its Final Saga, here are some spoilers and a little summary about chapter 1069 of One piece.
Spoilers-
1) The Title of the chapter is "Everything exists for a Reason".
2) Battle between Gear-5 luffy and Lucci's awakened zoan Devil fruit powers.
3) Battle erupts between CPZero and Vegapunks/Seraphims.
4) Lucci also ate a Mythical Zoan Devil fruit.
5) Lucci's awakened form is kind off a mix between Chopper's Monster point and Who's who's cat form.
6) Lucci's form also has clouds same as luffy's but black in color [Including his hair].
7) Kaku and Stussy tries to to stop Lucci.
8) The fight is in the Style of Tom and Jerry [not confirmed].
9) As Luffy is now on a Yonkou level, he overpoweres & terrifies Lucci.
10) In New world, Marine HQ, Akainu stops Kizaru (Borsalino) from going to Egghead.
11) Luffy defeats and knocks out Lucci in a single punch [not confirmed].
12) Vegapunk tells that the gomu gomu no mi is not mentioned in the record book of Devil fruits/Devil fruits Encyclopedia.
13) Devil fruits are the wishes of human beings to evolve into. But it's not natural so it us hated by Mother nature/Sea, thus explaining water being the weakness of Akuma no mi.
14) Lucci recovers due to his awakened Devil fruit powers.
15) Lucci tries to eliminate Sentomaru, as he was commanding the Seraphims making luffy angry.
